Tiny Glass Fragments- being pieced back together

in recovery from an eating disorder, and eleven weeks pregnant.

I love Audrey Hepburn films, Starbucks Frappucinos and creative writing.

I just wish someone would help me out once in a while. I mean my boyfriend is supposedly so commited to me and having a baby with me and us living together, but this is what I am currently doing:
- researching options about types of maternity leave (I also researched about leave of absence for him, at his uni, because he apparently couldn’t find info on it on his university homepage.. HE’S A COMPUTING STUDENT ¬_¬) and being a student parent
-looking up advice about money that you are entitled to as a parent and a student
- trying to find out our benefits entitlement
- researching housing prices for us to move in together near his university
- checking whether his university provides accomodation for families
- finding advice about what to get before the baby comes and what to expect when it does
-emailing student advisers to make appointments to discuss my situation
-panicking about the fact that I am living in Sheffield not London and won’t be moving to London until I’m heavily pregnant and so will be leaving it until the last minute to be able to think about birthing options and where I will even be giving birth because my local health service can only tell me about local facilities, which I won’t be needing.
-texting him constantly

this is what he is currently doing
- coming to visit once every few weeks (he studies in London) and telling me how everything’s going to be ok.
-barely ever texting me back. He “doesn’t like contracts” so only has pay as you go credit so I’m the one calling and texting him.

It’s just not fair, really. It would be so nice if only he would come and visit having found some useful pamphlets for us,or letting me know how he’s been doing research or at least doing SOMETHING towards making it a bit easier for us to know what’s going to happen come september.
